Connecto is operated by CONNECTO SERVICES, a business name registered in Nigeria (CAC BN 9873937), located at 85 Obiagu Road, Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria. You can reach us at connectohq@gmail.com.

Connecto is a platform that lets businesses automate customer conversations, orders, and operations over WhatsApp and Telegram. Businesses use Connecto to manage their product catalog, talk to customers, take orders, and track payments reported by customers.

You must provide accurate information when creating a Connecto account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at connectohq@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

If you use Connecto to message customers on WhatsApp, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy at all times. This includes, at minimum:

• Obtaining a customer's opt-in before messaging them.
• Never sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content.
• Never selling or promoting goods or services that WhatsApp's Commerce Policy prohibits.

The same principles apply to any messaging you send through Telegram. We may suspend or terminate your access to Connecto if you violate these messaging rules, or if Meta or Telegram requires us to act.

You are solely responsible for your own products, services, prices, promotions, and payments, and for your relationship with your customers — including fulfilling orders, honoring the prices and terms you display, and resolving any disputes with your customers. Connecto is not a party to the transactions between you and your customers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of anything you sell.

You agree not to use Connecto to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Sell prohibited, illegal, or fraudulent goods or services.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or message anyone who has not opted in.
• Interfere with or disrupt Connecto's infrastructure or security.
• Misrepresent your identity or your business to customers or to Connecto.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Connecto, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, violate WhatsApp's or Telegram's policies, or if we reasonably believe your use of Connecto creates legal or security risk. You may stop using Connecto and close your account at any time.

Connecto is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Connecto will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered, as message delivery also depends on third parties such as Meta and Telegram.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connecto and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of Connecto. Our total liability for any claim relating to Connecto will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Connecto after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
